Your Audi A8 takes ordersThe voice control system in the Audi A8 enables you to control the functions of the handsfree carphone, radio, audio drives and even detailed navigation system features (with DVD) using voice input. This means you do not need to take your hands off the wheel or move your eyes from the road. | |
Operating principleThe voice control system is activated by a "Push to Talk" (PTT) button built into the leather-covered multifunction steering wheel. The system executes your spoken commands without you or your front seat passenger having to intervene manually. An electronic noise reduction function assists voice recognition and efficiently filters out disturbing noise. Examples of voice controlRadio- Change station by selecting "Next station"
