The suspension: Precision in all its facets
With the performance sport suspension with CFRP stabilizer, double aluminium wishbones guide all four wheels. Audi magnetic ride with CFRP stabilizer is available as an optional ultralight damping system that adapts the functioning of the shock absorbers to your driving style and to the profile of the road – in a matter of milliseconds for each wheel.
The power steering assistance is tuned to directly transfer your steering input and provides exceptionally precise feedback from the road. Available as an option, dynamic steering¹ adjusts the steering angle based on the speed to enable extremely agile handling. To reduce your momentum, the R8 Coupé V10 performance quattro has carbon-fiber-reinforced ceramic brakes as standard with brake calipers in a choice of anthracite grey, red or blue.

Interior: Focus and elegance
A large, contoured arch brings all the controls together visually right in front of you, echoing the driver-focused design of a monoposto. R8 bucket seats in fine Nappa leather ensure lateral support.
To round off the palpable sportiness, select the optional Audi R8 performance design package¹ in an Alcantara/leather combination as well as contrasting stitching and rhombus pattern in Mercato blue. Stainless steel pedals and footrests as well as inlays in gloss carbon twill come as standard.
The Audi virtual cockpit: All the information you need
The standard combination of MMI navigation plus and Audi virtual cockpit is designed to make all functions easy to operate, without you having to take your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road. On the 12.3-inch display of the Audi virtual cockpit, the focus is on a rev counter around which other performance values can be arranged, such as torque, G-forces, lap times, engine and gear oil temperatures plus tire pressure and temperature. There is also an additional button available for the Audi R8 Coupé V10 performance quattro that enables you to directly control specially configured performance programs.
